For the purposes of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December, for Personal Data Protection, FERJAU, S.A. with CIF A20436333 the User is informed of the existence of an automated file for personal data, for the purpose of managing the relationship with the users and sending commercial information.
SENDING AND REGISTERING PERSONAL DATA
It is obligatory to send personal data to contact and receive information on the products and services from FERJAU, S.A.
Not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register or receive information on products and services from FERJAU, S.A.
According to what is established in Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13th December, Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data which is obtained as a consequence of you sending it, will be added to a file owned by FERJAU, S.A. based at Polígono 26, 19 E-F, Bº Ergobia, 20115 Astigarraga (Gipuzkoa), having implementing all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated 21st December.
ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED
The User who sends the information to FERJAU S.A. is solely responsible for the validity and correction of the data included, exonerating FERJAU, S.A. from any responsibility in this area.
The Users guarantee and answer, in any case, to the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and they promise to keep it duly updated.
The User accepts to provide complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form.
FERJAU, S.A. is not responsible for the validity of the information which they do not produce themselves or which is indicated by another source, so they also assume no responsibility for hypothetical damage which could originate from the use of this information.
FERJAU, S.A. will be exonerated from responsibility regarding any damage or harm which the User might suffer as a consequence of errors, defects and omissions in the information provided by FERJAU, S.A. whenever this comes from sources outside FERJAU, S.A.
The purposes for the data collection are: running activities and information services on FERJAU, S.A. products.
SURRENDERING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
FERJAU S.A. will not surrender user data to third parties. However, in the event of being surrendered to a company, information will be sent out before the delivery, requesting express consent from the affected party.
EXERTING RIGHTS TO ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
You can send your communications and exert your rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by mail to: FERJAU, S.A., Polígono 26, 19 E-F, Bº Ergobia, 20115 Astigarraga (Gipuzkoa).
In order to exert these rights and in compliance with Instruction 1/1998 dated 19th January, from the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the conditions from the aforementioned Ruling, it is necessary for you to accredit yourself with FERJAU, S.A. by sending a photocopy of your National ID Card or any other valid lawful medium.
COMPUTER SECURITY MEASURES
FERJAU, S.A. has adopted the Personal Data protection security levels which are legally required and appear in RD 1720/2007 on Security Measures.
FERJAU, S.A. will not be responsible or any possible damage or harm which could be derived from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in your electronic system’s operation, for reasons beyond the control of FERJAU, S.A.; for delays or blocks in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies and overloads of the telephone lines or overloads in the DPC (Data Processing Centre), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damage which might be caused by third parties by means of illegitimate intromissions outside the control of FERJAU, S.A.
ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The User declares that they have been informed about the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to its automated processing by FERJAU, S.A. in the form and for the purposes indicated in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
