The materials used in our manufacturing for the automotive industry are required by industries involved in manufacturing trucks, thereby guaranteeing maximum quality.
In 1998 we have implanted ISO 9001:2000. From then, Bureau Veritas certify yearly that the management System of our organisation has been audited and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the management system standards.
Any parts manufactured or sold by Ferjau, S.A. are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 1 year from when this part is invoiced.
In the event of any type of problem, Ferjau, S.A. will take charge of transporting the rejected part to their installations and, after the opportune verification, they will produce a report to determine whether the reason is a manufacturing defect or incorrect operation. Exports: Please consult us.
Ferjau, S.A.’s responsibility will be limited, in the event of a manufacturing defect, to replacing the part without taking charge of any of the rejected parts, nor will it take responsibility for any type of compensation.
